Buying a product
- Create an account and confirm your email address (link received by email).
- Open the product page: it states what the product does, what it does not do, prerequisites, compatible software and any third-party costs.
- Click "Buy", accept the terms of sale and the immediate-delivery consent, then pay on our provider's secure page.
- As soon as the payment is confirmed, the files are in "My products" and the invoice in "My orders". A confirmation email is sent with the PDF invoice attached.
Downloading and updates
The files of the current version are available in "My products". When a new version is published it appears in the same place, according to the update policy stated on the product page. Downloads are personal: do not share your links or your account.
AI prerequisites and costs
Kits are instructions and templates to use in your tools (AI assistant, spreadsheet, automation). You need an account on the software listed as compatible; its usage costs remain yours and are announced on the product page when they exist. No access to a paid AI model is included in the price.
Support
Kits are designed to be set up on your own, with their guide: Upapu does not provide usage or installation support. For a missing, unreadable or non-conforming file, an invoice or a refund, use the contact form: when signed in, you can pick the order concerned. We answer by email, in French or English.
Problems, defects, refunds
If a product does not match its description or does not work as announced, contact us through the contact form, topic "Refund or withdrawal": we fix, replace or refund under the legal warranties (see the terms of sale). A full refund ends access to the files of the order.
Account
- Forgotten password: use the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign-in page.
- Email not confirmed: check your spam folder; the link received activates your account.
- Twelve characters minimum for the password: an easy-to-remember phrase works.
Referral programme
Joining the programme is free, from "Become an affiliate". You recommend the products with your link or code and are paid on sales actually collected; nothing is paid for merely signing up. The programme is presented on the Referral programme page, and its terms are published alongside.
Contact us
The contact form is available without an account. It records your request and gives you a reference to quote in later exchanges; no automatic acknowledgement is sent, so note it down. When signed in, you can attach the request to one of your orders.
